Single engine ships telegraph.This item was made by the" Marine Manufacturers and Engineering Corp". Both handles move together on this unit ,bell are working and it has a complete oil burning lamp for illumination.The telegraph head is bakelite,with all other parts brass. Height is 44" x 13" D x 9" W. This is a heavy item and will need to be shipped in a crate via UPS. Please email for shipping quote. $1,195.00

Ships Engine Room Telegraph
WW II era ships engine room telegraph, made by Durkee Marine Mfg.The dial and pointers are brass,the rest of the telegraph is cast iron, with a VERY LOUD steel bell inside! The dimensions are 16" face,total width incl handle is 19 " x 9"deep and weighs approx 50 lbs.Will need to be shipped by ups in wooden crate, so please write for shipping quote. $625.00

Bendix Brass Engine Telegraph
This item is a WW II solid brass engine telegraph made by the Bendix Corp for a US Army tug(Yes,the US Army had a large fleet of tugs and cargo vessels during WW II !) The vessel originally had a diesel electric drive,which after it had been sold to a Canadian west coast towing company,was converted to straight diesel and gear drive.The army tug became the" Haida Chieftain" and is still in use today with another name.This is a HEAVY item, around 300 lbs.
